Parameters

Drake (biological channel)

We use a Beta(a,b) prior for fc with a = k·fc, b = k·(1−fc). ISO evidence will update this prior.

Loeb (artifact channel)

PLoeb(level) = 1 / (1 + e^{-α·(level − L0)}) or level/10 for linear.

Loeb level distribution (percent per level, must sum ≈ 100)

You can bias toward lower levels (natural) or increase 4+ to explore technosignature-heavy scenarios.
